Register by phone (905-576-9517) or fax (905-576-3291).   (Visa or Mastercard)

Mail in your registration with your completed registration form and payment.  Do not mail cash.  Send to (340 Marwood Drive, Oshawa, L1H 8B4  Map ).  Phone us to have a registration form mailed to you.

A registration form must be completed for the participant and signed by the participant (if 18 or older) or parent/guardian prior to participation in the program.  Contact us if you require more information.

Discounts :
Sibling Discount : When two or more siblings are registered in the same session, a 10% discount is applied to all but the highest fee program.
Multi-Class Discount : When an athlete is registered in two or more classes in the same session, a 20% discount is applied to the second and subsequent classes.

Fees and Payment Information :
Participation in STARS' programs may not commence until payment has been received.  This includes the membership fee, which is payable once a year.  (Our calendar year runs from July 1 to June 30.)

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, INTERAC, CHEQUE or CASH.  There is a $20.00 fee for all returned cheques.  Cheques will not be accepted once the session has started.

Refunds :
A $20.00 cancellation fee applies to refunds issued before the first day of class.  After a session has begun, class credits (no refunds) will be issued to members who have an extended illness or injury and miss two or more consecutive classes.  A doctor's note is required.  No refunds or credits will be considered after a session is over.  There are no refunds for the membership fee.  If STARS Fitness & Gymnastics has to cancel classes and make-up classes cannot be scheduled, a class credit will be issued.
