Yoga : 

 Kid's Yoga:   Learn the basic yoga poses and breath work.  This class is a great introduction to the practice of yoga.   (ages 6 - 10 yrs.)

 Family Yoga:   A place where parents can learn Yoga poses and breath work with their child(ren).  This is a great way for families to spend time together.

 Vinyasa Yoga:  Building upon the basics, Vinyasa combines movement and breath work in this flowing practice to energize your body and soul. 
          Vinyasa 1:  
(Beginner / Intermediate)
          Vinyasa 2:  (Intermediate / Advanced)

 Yoga Boot Camp:  This class is packed with high-energy music and cardio/strength training.  Take yoga to a whole new level.  Challenge your body with yoga like you never before thought possible!       (Intermediate/Advanced)
