Yoga : 
 Beginner Yoga:  Learn the fundamental yoga poses and breath work used in every level of practice. This is a great class to take if you have ever considered taking a yoga class but weren’t sure where to start.   Family Yoga  is a similar program for adults who wish to participate with their child(ren).

 Yin Yoga:  Experience yoga from a new angle.  This quiet practice is perfect for anyone who wants a more meditative experience, is new to yoga or exercise in general, or who may have disabilities.  Yin yoga works the joints and ligaments of the body leaving you feeling younger, fresher and more rejuvenated.

 Vinyasa Yoga:  Building upon the basics, Vinyasa combines movement and breath work in this flowing practice to energize your body and soul.         (Intermediate)

 Yoga Boot Camp:  This class is packed with high-energy music and cardio/strength training.  Take yoga to a whole new level.  Challenge your body with yoga like you never before thought possible!       (Intermediate/Advanced)

Stretch & Relax : 
This lunch-time program takes the stress out of your day while keeping fit!   (for men & women)
