Fitness and Gymnastics is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a wide range
of
programs to its members.
Our recreational gymnastics programs introduce children to the sport of gymnastics
in a safe and fun-filled environment.
Our
structured levels/awards system offers progressive skill development while
improving strength, flexibility, co-ordination and balance.
Self-esteem is enhanced through positive reinforcement and written
reports from our Nationally Certified Coaches.
The same philosophy
underlies our other programs as well. These
include camps, school programs, birthday parties, mini sessions, and special
events.
